Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, data migration from your current system and staff training are all included in your annual plan. We do not charge implementation fees — period.
How is billing done?
Annual, in advance, against a GST invoice. You can pay by cheque, NEFT or UPI. We don't charge per-module add-ons, and the per-student rate is locked at signup.
What about WhatsApp & telecom costs?
WhatsApp and voice usage above the included quota is billed at-cost from the underlying provider, with zero markup from us. We share monthly usage reports so there are no surprises.
Can we exit mid-year?
Yes. We'll export your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) within 7 days and prorate the unused portion. No exit fees, no friction.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit trusts?
Yes — registered Section 8 / public trust schools get 15% off all plans. EWS/RTE student counts are also discounted by 50%.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer self-serve trials, but every paying school gets a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we refund the full annual fee.
Who owns the data?
You do. Always. We are processors, not owners. Data is exportable any time, and we destroy all copies within 30 days of contract end on written request.
Can we add more students mid-year?
Yes — new admissions are tracked automatically and billed at the next renewal cycle, not mid-year. Withdrawals reduce the next renewal count.
